Does it affect everyone or are there people out there with no threshold of sugar intake? Does everyone get "brain fog" from it or just adhd and hyperglycemics? Why do we need sugar? Can fruits spike sugar levels? How does a person "come down" from a sugar spike? What benefits and risks does intake have on the body? What about removing all of it from the diet?
