i have been on my weight loss journey for 2 yrs and i have lost a total of 75 lbs. however, over the last few months i have gained back 19lbs and i am freaking out about it. i got on the scale and i'm not gonna lie, a tear welled up in my eye. i worked so hard to get it all off and it came back so easy. i am a very active person. i just took 3rd place in the ATHENA category at a triathlon last sunday. i put in the work, there is no doubt. i can't control my eating habits and i have finally admitted to everyone on here that i need help and i'm hoping that i can find some.

IMHO, the secret to controlling your eating habits is to log all of your food into a tracker like MFP. You must be accurate and honest so you stay accountable. I wouldn't be able you control my eating habits either, but I have successfully maintained my 65 lbs weight loss for over a year. I'm convinced it's the only way. You must be diligent about logging everything.0
