Choice of exercise bike

I have received an award gift from work that I can pick out online. Within these options includes the following exercise bikes.

ProForm Stationary Fitness Bike (I don't have a model number)
Gold's Gym Power Cycle 390 R Bike (recumbent bike)

I was wanting some opinions about these bikes, or whether I choose the money option which will be taxed (also, they won't tell us how much the $ is). Or I could get a soccer table for fun.

I seriously can not decide so please give your opnions

I have never ever been able to get as good a burn on a recumbant bike. So I'd get the stationary bike. I love spinning.

If choosing between the two my personal preference would be for an upright exercise bike rather than a recumbent solely on the basis that the upright more closely replicates riding a real bike (unless you happen to ride a recumbent, and I'm not suggesting that they're not "real" bikes).

I'm leary of the upright bike due to most of them having a narrow seat. I have wide hips and the narrow seats tend to be uncomfortable to me. If this was the case could I somehow replace with a wider seat?

Do you have a sporting goods store nearby that stocks both models? Possibly try both of them out for comfort?

You could certainly get a wider "comfort bike" type of saddle, whether or not it would be compatible with an exercise bike is something I couldn't answer.
