Bouldering. The ONLY exercise I like.

Indoor wall climbing without any ropes.
EDIT: Can be done outdoors on actual rocks/boulders, but I'm neither that proficient or brave yet!0 -

Walking with friends is great. We used to go for coffee and meals. Now we walk and talk and feel great.0

Golf, definitely. I like to run, bike, walk, swim, etc, but I do those things with the intent to burn calories. I like to walk a golf course, pulling my clubs, and the burn is an added bonus.
We also went canoeing once this summer...that's one I'd like to do more. A great way to soak up the sun, enjoy the outdoors, spend time with my boyfriend, and as I found out the next day....an awesome arm workout. So sore.0 -
Ok, well recreational exercise is definitely not the same as recreational leisure that ends in TV watching and nodding off....... :laugh:
So, I have to go with soccer or basketball, but I haven't played much of either in years. I also enjoy tennis. I am teaching my daughter to play it as well.0 -

Hiking, canoeing, skiing (x-country and downhill), long leisurely bike rides.
Honestly these are my real motivation to get fit! I want to be able to do these things more! I don't want to have to rediscover my thigh muscles every ski season!!0 -
