Wonton Wrapper Recipies

Hey guys. I just bought some wonton wrappers cause they looked fun. Anyone have any good recipes that use them?

you can do anything in wonton wrappers

a lot of people use them as lasgna layers ... regular lasgna or a taco lasgna in cupcake pans

Here is my taco one that I have done ...

cook ground chicken or beef with a taco packet

spray cupcake pan do a wonton wrapper, meat, salsa repeat ... top with low fat shredded cheddar and bake 375

I top mine off with FF sour cream

I have also seen canned chicken and crumbled blue cheese with wing sauce but I havent tried that yet

I buy egg roll wrappers, but same thing. I made baked samosas once, filled with potatoes, chickpeas, and peas with spices to taste. Just last night I made spring rolls with cabbage, alfalfa sprouts, mung bean sprouts, onions, and carrots. Meant to put shrimp in but got excited and forgot lol. Just put in what you want and bake 10 min at 400

I thought they did it automatically, but come to think of it I do a brush of egg white, so maybe that's the secret

You can spray them with Pam or some oil too.

Hungry Girl has some recipies using them. I haven't tried any but she makes some mini tacos using them. I have wanted to try them but haven't gotten around to it yet.
