Survived another 3 day weekend of 12 hr night shifts!!!!!! This one included ordered in italian , bbq with hamburgers, sausages, potato salad and chips, homemade butter tarts and lemon poppy seed cake.. oh and someone passing around a box of chocplates!!! Last weekend was similar but I have successfully blocked that one from my mind! So far, for the last month, i have not given in to temptation ... please someone deliver me from this evil .... well that said , i have to work so on i go .... where is my blindfold???? and nose plugs????

Wow! That is fabulous that you were able to avoid temptation. I have to walk past cookies/cakes/candy on a nearly daily basis at my work. It's been easy most days but there are those "hungry" days when those cookies seem to call my name. I just drink LOTS of water to feel full.
