I just want to know about all the people that have met their goals. How long did it take you? How are you doing with your maintenance? What was your biggest challenge? Do you want to lose more?

I think most of us would say biggest challenge was learning to eat correctly and finding the balance between food and exercise. 14 months to lose 145 pounds. maintenance is a challenge to keep from dropping anymore weight; but I am doing great so far. No, I cannot lose anymore I weigh 102 pounds and body mass index is low but still okay. Been in maintenance since May and I exercise every morning at 4 in the morning before I go to work. Please read my profile and it will help I hope. Best of luck to you. God Bless, brenda0
