Hello MFP!

Hello All,
I started MFP a few months ago, I picked this site to keep track of my intake as well as on on-line journal. I started off at 300+ lbs and have managed to loose 60 lbs thus far (before joining). I am hoping to get the motivation to continue on to my target goal of 205. I've been up and down through plateaus and i am needing that little boost to stay on the right track. I am hoping this will do it for me.
I am a competitive power lifter and i am also totally addicted to HIIT and Tabata. Naturally i am a large body as is but i am ready to be lean and more cut. Feel free to add me.
