    If they have JC Penneys in Alaska, you might try there. They have lots of tall sizes in clothes of all size ranges. You can also try LL Beans because they have tall shirts, free shipping, and free returns.

    I'm a tall woman with two very skinny tall sons and a husband with a long body.

    I also nag the students I work with all the time for the same reason - plumbers _______. We work with the public and they have to turn around and bend over for work and yes, modesty is important.

    I make them wear higher waisted pants. I also recommend tall turtlenecks for them or tall camisoles worn under their regular shirts. Tuck the camis in and wear whatever you want over it.

    Finally, men's shirts are taller - especially if you BUY tall (Target sells some too). Turtlenecks, plain shirts, etc. are basically unisex. If you want to make it look more girly, put a cami or something under it or a scarf or whatever to dress it up.
