    So glad I found this thread, I'm starting this tomorrow... I know I should start today but we have people staying over and I don't think I can face the embarrassment of them walking into the living room with me mid workout pose!

    I am Day 7 or 8, I can't remember right now without looking at my calendar.
    Anyway I am finding it a bit easier compared to the first few days even though I need to take one or two 5 second breaks. I've lost 5lbs so far and I will take measurements tomorrow.

    I keep reading about different peoples efforts with 30 day shred and I think I'm going to give it a go. Can anyone tell me apart from the DVD do I need to buy anything else to go with it - like weights or anything?

    It's on youtube for free, so I haven't actually bothered purchasing the DVD, the only other things you need is a yoga mat and some small weights... tbh I have been using some tins out of the cupboard!

    Amazing workout, can deff feel the difference and I'm only on day 3!

    starting 30 day shred when my dvd arrives- maybe today! soo nervous that i wont be able to stick to it.

    i'm starting the 30 day shred today. how do i track it in the exercise section, i can't seem to find it.

  • I have been doing it for a while now. But, I bore really easily. So, I can't do it 30 days straight. (I'll work out 30 days straight - just not the same workout. No can do.) I'm on Level 3 and sometimes I do Level 3 then 2 back-to-back. I also will do "Extreme Shred and Shed". Something that works for me is to keep my runners nearby. As soon as I'm done with the shred I head outside for a power walk. My heart is already pumping SO fast, I get a lot of extra calorie burn by just tacking on a half-hour walk. It helps me cool down too.

    I patted my tummy this morning and said "Thanks Jillian". I don't have any pictures. But, my little 4-pack is getting closer to a 6 pack. And, my belly button almost stands up on it's own now. :O)

    I'm going onto level 2 today and I am super nervous.
    In two weeks I have only lost 5lbs but I can see a difference in my tummy from photos.
    I'm a little disappointed that there hasn't been a bigger difference but I'm going to go until day 20 then take more photos.
