Alright, so I cannot decide whether to label myself as lightly or moderately active. I fit in a 20 minute cardio session atleast 5 days a week but half the time 6-7 days. I strength train 2 days a week for 40-60 minutes. I am a student and have a fairly active job so 6-7 days a week I am constantly walking on the move from about 6a.m till dinner. Would appreciate you opinion! Thank you!

    Moderately active.

From "In Place of a Road Map": http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

"Sedentary is not working out at all and sitting all day.
Light activity is 1-2x working out a week.
    Moderate is 3-5x a week.
    Very active is 5+.

I'll mention that for fat loss, very active is not smart while cutting calories.
You need the building blocks (nutrition) for recovery. So if you cut calories and workout every day and aren't getting the rest and recovery, you'll probably overtrain, injure yourself or plateau." - Helloitsdan
