New start to lose half a stone (7lbs)

I've been a member here since March but I've not been very well in between then and now. Doing fine now though and I'm back to trying to lead a more healthy lifestyle.
My first goal is to lose half a stone (7 pounds) I don't really have a time limit, I just know I want to get there. I also aim to be as active as I can and try to exercise at 5-7 days a week. Bare minimum 3 days a week. Each session should be at least 30 mins.
I'm cutting out all sweets, chocolate, ice cream and fast food and restricting myself to one treat on a Saturday just to curb the cravings. And also as a reward for doing well the rest of the week.
So that's what I'm aiming for. I'd love it if other people could join in and help motivate each other.
