Okay - ready to commit

Hi people-
I wonder if you are like me. I read some new article, I find a great app, and somehow I think the reading and the downloading should be enough. Not actually taking the advice of the article or using the app. Well I figure I am not going to get thin by simply "wanting to be thin". I know it takes work and commitment. So...instead of buying the membership to the gym to get strong, I might actually work out. Instead of eating a million calories of "diet food" I'll actually log them and stay under my recommendation....and instead of reading great articles on how people made it work...I'd write my own story. So here we go.....if it takes 30 days to form a habit, I have 29 more days to go! Wish me luck.

I'm wishing you luck because I know exactly what you mean!!! I do good for a couple of days then go off completely. I came back today and I'm trying to log everything too! Good luck..
