Hi everyone! Just signed up after stepping on the scale after 5 months of wedded bliss and saw a number I never though I would see. Yikes! Time to get back in gear. Life is good, but apparently it's been a little too good!

I'd love friends to keep accountable with, so please add me.

    welcome to MFP. Feel free to add me. I know that feeling...dreading to step on the scale and then seeing a number you really don't like seeing. The good news is you are taking the right steps now ;)
