3 ingrediants. Maybe a recipie somewhere.... but I didnt get it from it!

1 Cucumber quartered chunks
several Baby carrots thick slices
1 gala apple - small chunks.(squeeze lemon if not eating right away so does not turn brown)

Thats it, mix together,

Its really delicious and filling! I make a batch and eat it for 2-3 days!
