They Fit! NSV =)

I have a few pairs of pants that I haven't been able to wear in over a year because of extra weight. While I haven't seen the scale move down in the past 2 weeks, I decided to try one pair these pants on - I felt like I was having a "skinny" day. And by the love of anything holy, they buttoned up! They're still a bit too tight for my comfort, but a month ago I couldn't even get close to buttoning them. Talk about motivation to keep trying and pushing!

What was your NSV today?

Non scale victory and mine was clothing as well, bought a dress for my brothers wedding and as usual went for a 12, which fit, then the lady said the sizes are wrong and it's actually a 10....

Same thing happened to me today! I had bought this black leather strapless mini dress (sooo cute) a year ago and I thought it would fit me but it was way too tight on me. I decided to go and try it on today to kind of gage my weight loss since I am not longer stepping on the scale that much anymore. well the dress fit!! I was so excited and felt so motivated to keep going! It was awesome! Congrats on your NSV!

Congrats on your inches lost :) It's always great to fit into clothes you've had for ages and haven't been able to wear.

I had the same yesterday morning only in a bad way (awesome for weight loss bad for my wallet). I put on the pants I love for work, noticed they were wayyy too big and would be on the verge of falling off. So now I'm in the ugliest pair of pants today (that fit better but still too big).

Seemed to come out of nowhere! The pants were big last week but still wearable, this week I've got maybe 2-3 pairs of work pants that fit (none of which I really like). I'm going to wear jeans the rest of the week and have a shopping trip on the weekend (hopefully coinsiding with getting a BMI of under 25 :))

Nothing wrong with a little retail therapy! I actually just went out and bought some jeans because I only have 3 pairs that somewhat fit me - two are a little too big (they fit fine right after being washed, and then stretch out) and the other fits fine but they're too short and look like floods lol

I would so excited too! I haven't worn anything mini or strapless in over a year. Hoping to change that soon! I'm dying to get back into this cute denim mini I have =)
