Losing Weight Without Much Exercise

Options
I am back at work and only have time to exercise once or twice a week now. During the summer, I was able to exercise almost every day.

I still want to lose weight, or at least not gain any.

If I continue to eat at around my 1200 calories, without exercise, will that still be possible? How many calories over would I have to go to actually gain weight? Some days I eat 1400 or so.

I have been trying hard to pack healthy snacks (apples, light cheese) and make sure I eat a healthy breakfast too.

I am just worried because last year at work I gained a lot of weight and I worked all summer to lose it. I would hate for my hard work to be for nothing!

Before you began "dieting", you were likely maintaining weight. If you logged all the food you ate to be able to maintain, then you have your answer. Just eat below that and you'll lose weight, although its going to be a combination of fat, water and muscle if you stop doing weights (assuming you were doing that as exercise).
