Needs a push!

Hey guys,

I recently got back into this after a year and am looking for some motivators and... dun dun dun.... punishment for when I eat like crap. lol. I need some people who can glance at my diary and give me some tips every couple days. I also need some encouragement to keep at this - I did see great results last year, but I started a new relationship with a chef and that all went down hill. I am now back at the gym 3 days a week minimum and really want to push myself. My goal - lose 50 lbs by February, get back to my previous body but be way more toned.
