iFit on Treadmill...?

I just bought a treadmill and I have the appointment to get it assembled tomorrow (YAY!!), and while I was reading up on the treadmill a little more I saw that it comes with this iFit program thing... has anybody used it? I have no idea what it's about or what it does, and the website didn't really make much sense to me lol I guess it maps out your runs/workout?

Anyone else use this program? Particularly on your treadmill or elliptical machine?

If so, does it help with your workout/goals/etc?

Do you need internet at your home (where the machine will be) in order for the program to work on your machine?

Any other information on it would be great.
