:wink: Hello everyone I hope all of your weight loss goals are going good!! Basically I need help with a little info: Can anyone PLEASE give me some ideas on some Lowfat, Low Calorie (250-350), and Low Sugar meals for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner!!
I ask this for the specific reason of loosing these last 40 pounds I need to loose and everyone's input is greatly appreciated!!

    Look up diabetic meals!!!! they fallow all your guidelines and a great site for recipes is www.allrecipes.com

    For dinner (actually we eat our big meal at lunch)
    4-5 ounces of broiled chicken or fish
    a big salad with spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, onions
    2-3 servings of a fresh or frozen vegetable like green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus
