HEY GUYS SO I HAVE LOST 50 SUMTHING POUNDS AND I PLAN ON LOSING ATLEAST 100 MORE...ALREADY MY ARMS, THIGHS, AND MY POOR BREAST ARE SUFFERING!!!!!:-(...CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME TIPS ON TONING AS I GO ALONG WITH MY WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY!!!!

  • Have you heard of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred? I've been doing that for a week now (its a mixture of cardio & weights) and I'm already starting to notice the difference..

    Get yourself a yoga mat & a set of 1kg or 1.5kg weights.

    You can also youtube her workouts :) Hope this helps hun x

    Find a good weight training program. Everyone around here seems to love the free ones so possibly they can offer you a free weight lifting program. Personally I used "free" for over 30 years and I didn't get the results I have now until last year but my workout cost me $40 last year, not sure what it is now. Everyone wants free.
