Hello to the lovely community of fitness pals. Have a question regarding the workout insanity by Shaun t. I have done a few but always lay off because I feel dizzy and unwell about half way through. I always eat first and am in relatively good shape. I was just wondering if anyone felt the same and if you were able to overcome the not so great sensations. Thanks!
