Do folks agree? I have seen great results doing weight lifting results like in the article to lose weight in conjunction with eating changes.

I agree with a lot of what's written. There's a lot been written about things mentioned in the article, especially Growth-Hormone production in response to training. BUT, as you and the article mention; eating changes must occur in order to lose fat-mass or you'll just strengthen your muscles while maintaining the fat.0
