Hello!! I have been using SparkPeople.com for about a year and my dad just introduced me to this site. I love the exercise feature on this site much better!
I am 32 years old and am an avid runner (5Ks, 10Ks, 15Ks and half marathons). I also strength train 3-5 times per week and my goal for 2010 is to run a full marathon. I do not have a weight issue, but am using this nutrition / exercise site to keep my nutrition and exercise in check, and to track my progress. I currently weigh 130-132 lbs. and wouldn't mind being closer to 125-128 lbs (I am only 5"5).
Please don't be shy! =-)

The only thing spark people has over MFP is the recipe calculator. So I use sparkpeople for that feature, but then put all the info in over here. I MFP. Welcome! And good luck training for that marathon! I'm a wannabe runner who would like to build up to 5k. My best is jogging for about 2.5 miles without walking/stopping at this point.0
