SUPERB result for week 1, yes, a steady pound a week still gives a fabbie feeling on weigh-in day!! I've been here two weeks, add me for support if you like ;-)

That is great!!! Good attitude as well - the first 1-3 weeks are usually the best if you are just starting out and then you'll start a more steady loss. But 6lbs.... Amazing!! Great work!! Be proud!!
