Trouble keeping my sugars in check!!

I am being driven INSANE!

I had a porridge pot this am, and then a graze box as a snack and I am already -3 with my sugars!! It's driving me NUTS. I know, I KNOW.. it's easy to cut out things with sugars in but I am only just starting to realise how packed full of sugar everything is and just wondered if you have any quick, easy, filling snacks minus the sugar you guys know? I'm compiling a list!

  • I have had the same blasted trouble....so I deleted that bit from my daily counts. ALL of my sugars came from my 5-a day fruit, so I thought 'sod it, I don't want to know as I'm eating healthy fruit'!!!

    Lower sugar fruits like berries and apples make great snacks. Not sure what type of diet you eat, but nuts, eggs, cheese, vegetables, and meat are all low carb/sugar.

    Even if the sugar comes from fruit, it's still sugar. Your body needs 0 g of added sugar to survive. It hinders fat loss which sucks because I love fruit! But there are no nutrients in fruit that I can't get from sugar-free vegetables. I treat bananas and peaches like a piece of buttercream frosted cake now :-)
