Here is a list of 50 health related books that many people thought were helpful.
Number one on the list was "The China Study" If you haven't read it yet, get it, and read it!

"All types of books can change our lives, but health books have a potent ability to influence our lifestyle habits. If you’ve read Eat This, Not That! by David Zinczenko, you might be prone to comparing caloric content from one restaurant to the next. Perhaps after reading Crazy Sexy Life, you bought a juicer for the first time, inspired by Kris Carr’s healthy liquid green habits. It's a safe bet that at least a few diet, fitness or nutrition habits you have developed over the years have come from a book you read and loved once.
We asked you, the HuffPost Healthy Living community, which health or lifestyle book has had the most impact on your life. The most popular response? The China Study, a book that details the correlation between nutrition and heart disease. A close second: Anything by Michael Pollan. Even one of our bloggers, Dr. Mark Hyman, made the list."

I liked "Eat to Live". I don't actually live by that diet but it inspires me to eat more veggies, fruits and beans. In fact I should go reread it.0
