After ultimate gold, planning to have another one?

I started at 345 lbs. Now I'm almost 20 lbs down. I'm starting a more serious workout program in October, with the supervision of kinesiologists and nutritionists, it'll last 9 months. It should be quite efficient to help me achieve my goal which is 245 lbs... a 100 lbs weight loss.
So now, I'm already thinking... when I reach my goal, I'll still be obese, level 1. And I'll probably have some loose skin. So I'm thinking of trying something more intense. Something like Insanity maybe, but supervised and in small group (my living room is too small anyway).
Anyone tried that kind of sequence? Huge weight lose, then intense work-out? Did it work well?
Tks!
