Not trying to start any kind of arguments or get into HFCS vs Sugar. This article is interesting to me because it stresses the most important thing is watching caloric intake and exercising. Shocking i know!

It is an interesting study. The one thing that sets off all my alarm bells though is that the lead author is an advisor to the Corn Refiners Association. That does not prove that the article is biased, but does nothing for it's credibility either...0
