I don't know about you, but there are many days a weeks that I feel upset when I didn't lose enough or took a cheat day and gained a pound....
The part that I tend to forget is HOW FAR I'VE ALREADY COME!!!!
So today, in honor of how far our country has come since 9/11, let's post how far we've come since our new beginning!
Post pics, goals reached, pounds lost, fitness levels, anything that you are very proud to have accomplished!

I have lost 31 pounds in 105 days!
When I started I couldn't run a mile, now I can run a 10k race in about an hour!
I've dropped two pants sizes and I am feeling more confident in my body!!!

Can't wait to see all of your success! :)
