Morrisons - Tomato Puree, 142 g 116 26 1 6 4 0
Spices - Pepper, black, 1 tbsp 16 4 0 1 2 3
Spice - Smoked Paprika, 2 tsp (2g) 12 2 0 0 2 2
Maggi - Cube, 2 cube (4gr) 10 2 0 2 0 2,200
Oxo - Chicken Cube, 2 cube 30 5 0 1 0 1,236
Tesco Healthy Living - Chicken Breast Mini Fillets, 2 container (375 gs ea.) 780 0 8 174 0 600
Generic - Cannellini Beans - Dried, Raw, 174 gr 485 79 3 41 31 0
Carrots - Raw, 6 medium 150 35 1 3 10 253
Celery - Raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) 28 6 0 1 3 160
Onions - Raw, 2 small 59 14 0 1 2 4
Green Giant - Original Sweetcorn, 285 g 221 33 5 7 8 748
Tesco - Passata, 1 carton 160 32 1 6 0 0
Tesco's - Frozen Sliced Green Beans, 130 g 42 6 0 2 5 0
Add Ingredient
Total: 2109 244 19 245 67 5206
Per Serving: 176 (cals) 20 (carbs) 2 (fat) 20 (protein) 6 (fiber) 434 (sodium)
Basically soak your beans overnight in a pot of cold water.
Then chop everything up and simmer on the hob for about 1 hour stir occasionally (I'm guessing you could do this in a slow cooker/crockpot or in the oven too). Enjoy. x

maggi cube = brand of stock cube
Passata = sieved tomatoes (you can buy it in carton's - if not use tinned chopped tomatoes)
The kids just had it for their dinner and they all wanted seconds! So can't be bad. x0 -
