Weight GAIN

I've been dieting since March, initially with Weight Watchers, and now with My Fitness Pal. I started at 149, and went down to 139 (goal of 130). I was able to incorporate a lot more exercise into my routine starting in July, and initially saw great results. The scale didn't change much, but I felt slimmer and looked much more toned. However, the scale is now starting to go up, my stomach looks flabbier, and I haven't decreased (I've actually INCREASED) my exercise or increased my food intake. HELP. Anyone else having similar issues?
