Not lost any inches, help?

Hey, I am getting a bit frustrated, its like I cant lose any more inches, I eat about 1700-1850 a day but do loads of exercise. Jogging 3 time a week (between 8.5 miles and 13 miles per session), ballet, jazz, hip hop etc ( all in all about 7 dance classes per week). I stopped weighing myself cos I thought I'd probably be putting on muscle, but I just dont understand. It's like my body just wont change.
Im almost always over on protien but i havent changed the MFP limit on that, is that why?
I measured myself today and nothing has changed, I just got my period so I didnt do my waist, but my thighs and hips are exactly the same as 3 weeks ago, surely my period would not have affected these?

Please help, Its really starting to grind me down. I exercise at least 10 hours a week and it feels like its not doing anything :(
