I'm sure a lot of us are foodies here. What are the weirdest foods you have ever eaten?

On my somewhat weird list is
Haggis, Kangaroo, Frog Legs, Snails, Chicken Feet

    I've had Shark's fin soup at a Chinese wedding banquet - not sure what else was in the banquet so there may have been some other weird things there!
    Have had kangaroo as well, and now on the more common list is Ostrich burgers (so yummy and low in cholesterol too!)

    Not too sure how "weird" it is but I've made rattlesnake meat chili a few times.

    I tried chicken feet (billed as chicken paws on the menu) and couldn't eat them. Too crunchy - I was expecting them to be softer, also the coating was nasty.

    I also tried mealworms at university - a girl I knew was cooking up weird and random shizz and we all tried it. They were a bit tasteless actually.

    I thought I had eaten some weird things but some of you have really got me beat! To me the weirdest things I have eaten are dragon fruit, mochi and sea weed...

    I had it bbq'd out in the gambia... Nearly everyone else was going daft for the prawns but not me...

    When I went to South Africa we went to this Carnivore restaurant and they came round to your table with huge skewers of meat and offered you slices. The choices were zebra, antelope, crocodile, and all sorts of crazy meats.

    Recently had Sturgeon and Asian Sea Bass, both were very good. Not real weird but a little uncommon.
