I am about to start stage 2 on new rules of weightlifting for women. I am kind of confused on how to work through the stage. It says to do each workout 4 times, so eight in total 4 times at exercise A and 4 times at exercise B. I am not sure how to do the interval training. am I supposed to to exercise A wait 75 seconds then do A again, or am I supposed to do A, then b1, b2, c1, c2, d1, d2, each with 75 sec rest in between or one right after the other, then rest. I don't quite get it. Can someone help me?

there is a group for NROL4W..probably would get more response there. But I will try to clarify
So there are 2 workouts A and B..you will do each 4 times..which will be a total of 8..you are correct there.

You need more recovery time between each exercise..so it was extended from 60 sec in Stage 1 to 75 sec in Stage 2.
So you will do Ex A..wait 75 then do it again.
    THen..you will do B1..wait 75 then B2...wait 75
    Then C1...wait 75 C2 wait 75
    Then D1 wait 75 and D2 wait 75.

Once that is done..you do your Interval Training. Exercise A is the only exercise you do consecutively. The others you do alternates
