I gained a heavy amount of weight recently. My two passions in life chocolate and exercise. I've just been doing nothing but eat this past year and badly too. So my new goal in life is get lean and healthy and I really want to do it properly no short cuts - just good old fashioned hard work.

So I have gained 10 lbs in total a lot for a petite little 4ft 11 munchkin that I am and basically just want to
