I have been doing MyFitnessPal for a while now. Just in the past month, we have started with Insanity 4-5 times a week. I have kept myself under my estimated calorie count per day and end up with more than 200 calories left in the day after working out. So why have I not lost any weight?! I've been staggering between the same weight for the past week and a half. Can anyone give me advice?!?!

First, a week isn't a plateau. A plateau is months without loss of lbs or inches.
Second, maybe you aren't eating enough for the Insanity workout? Also, your muscles are likely retaining fluid in order to repair themselves after exercise. Take a rest day (or two) and the scale should go down.
Third - get a measuring tape. Start taking measurements and worry about those instead of the scale.0 -

^^This! Well said, Lora. If you've been doing this for a while and this is the first week you've gone without any loss, you've been really lucky.
But also keep in mind that as you lose you need to recalculate your calorie goals in MFP. Especially with a loss of almost 20 pounds, it's probably time to lower those calories...unfortunately.0 -
If your calorie goal is 1200, you aren't eating enough. Insanity comes with a nutrition guide and I would follow that to what it says you should be eating.0

First.. thats not a plateu..
second.. start using a mesuring tape in various areas once a week and writing it down.. its better to go off of then the scale.
third... if you're at a deficit, you're losing fat. you can read this for a reason your weight doesnt change: http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/of-whooshes-and-squishy-fat.html0
