easy cub scout dinner ideas

i need some help w/ easy dinner ideas for the nights that my sons have cub scouts. We pretty much fly out the door after pick up from school. Last year it was just fast food either on the way there or back. This was before the healthy lifestyle change. The 1st den meeting for this year was last night and it snuck up on me, so I was totally unprepared, thus drive-thru dinner it was.

Can someone help me out, please!

    LOL...I know that feeling...I was a Cub leader for 5 years....what?? It can't be meeting night already!!??

    We liked to take whole wheat wraps, put on a couple pieces of light provolone, a few pieces of deli meat, nuke that up till the cheese was melted, then put lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and hot peppers on them...easy to make...quick to eat...get on that necker and sash and out the door...
