Vitamins, Which one do i use??

I have some vitamins here at home that are supposed to help with losing weight. I am not sure if my dad really knows or not. Can someone please tell me, exactly how does these two vitamins help me with losing weight if they do.

The vitamins are both from the brand "Finest natural".

And they are called B-Complex vitamin C with Rose hips & Rice bean and the other one is called B-Complex Vitamin C with Folic acid and biotin.

Please respond as soon as you guys can. I dont want to take something i am not sure of.

    The b-complex vitamins are important if you are vegetarian or vegan, as it is only available through mostly animal sources. Those vitamins are perfectly safe to take, you can't really take too much of either, your body will just flush out what it doesn't need. Those sound like energy boosting supplements, so if you are too tired to workout, those should help.

    Be sure to take you vitamins with food, as they can be hard on the stomach if you take them on an empty stomach.
