Weekly Weighing??

I say do what you feel is comfortable, your going to see more results with the way your body is changing over how many pounds you lose, if it helps take process photos, that will help from getting discouraged or fall off by what the scales says, plus its great to see how far youve come and how much your body has changed.0

Ok so question?? Should I weigh every week? or Should I not weigh and keep working and weigh on my "goal date" (Dec 6th)? Since this is a life style change, i don't want to get discouraged by the scale. But I can't stand not weighing... Maybe I'll weigh when i start getting compliments..?? Let me know your thoughts!
My thoughts are I think you have the answer built right into your question. If you can't stand not weighing, then start to weigh every week. I do it every day and the expected fluctuations don't bother me. I'm a tracker. But if the scale starts to discourage you, then back off and use some other form of measurement; tape measure, mirror, the fit of your clothes, or as you so perfectly put it... compliments.
