CAN IT BE DONE???!!!!! NEED ADVICE

So i turn the big 30 in December an i want to get to my pre-baby weight which was 168 im now 190 . Is it possible to lose 30lbs in 3 mths? or does anyone know of ideas i can use to become really strict to reach that goal??? :happy:

What is considered a "safe" weight loss is around 1-2 lbs a week, so that's what you should expect and set your goal for.0

I agree. Have that as your goal and see what you can do with it. Amp up the exercise and keep an eye on what you eat. Lots more veggies and protein and less carbs. And becareful with things like fruit - they are good for you but carry a lot of carbs and sugars in them. Start with mini goals, go for a walk everyday - with your kids too! Show them that exercise is good!
As for sticking to your goals, thats all up to you and how much you want them. Try being accountable to someone. Have someone expect you to weigh in weekly and that you will have lost the weight. Post up pics of what you looked like when you had lost a lot of weight and keep those as reminders. And clean out your cupboards and fridge of crap. If its not there, you cant eat it!0 -
