My Diary

Would you all be so kind as to take a peek at my diary for today and give me some feedback?This is my normal diet everyday exept for supper,that changes daily,mostly chicken sweet potaote and green beans or corn.I just felt like having a taco tonight.Thanks.

    Only feedback I can give is that it looks like your net calories are often pretty low. Like last Wednesday, total cals were 1448, but your burned 689 in exercise, leaving your net at only 759 net calories for the day. Same with today - a total of only 1373, but subtract your exercise cals and you're left with 510.

    Do you know what your BMR is? I make it a point to make sure my net cals for the day are at least at my BMR - the body burns that many calories if I'm comatose in bed all day long, so eating below that isn't enough for any sort of activity, and exercise on top of that.

    Looks excellent to me. The only suggestion I would have is as follows, and only if you're looking for a lower calorie number at the end of the day.

    There are yogurts out there with less calories. I eat Danone Silhouette. 35 cal/100g.
