Fast food addictions

I'm really not kidding when I say I have developed a fast food addiction. What's really bad is that I can go without it, but as soon as I do eat it I start a downward spiral of getting it all the time. It's hard to go cold turkey with kids and a husband who do want it sometimes. This has only developed over the last two years since I started working from home and going to school full- time. I don't have to drink soda, that's not a problem, but I eat Chinese, pizza, and burgers and fries at least 3 times a week. Anyone knows losing weight is hard if not impossible when consuming these foods. Does anyone have ways they get through it??? Any suggestions??? Please no hatefulness, I really want to make a life change... Thanks!
