Back Again

I've been a bigger individual for quite a while. Much of that was muscle at one time. I completed the Marine Corps Marathon last October at 5'8'', 225-230 lbs. My diet was not the best, but I did the training.

After the marathon, I was not in a hurry to get back in the gym. Only problem was my body still fueled like I was training. I was burnt out from the training though and found it hard to motivate myself again.

So here I am 10 months later in what might possibly be the WORST shape of my life. I used MyFitnessPal while training the first time and found it to be extremely helpful. So hopefully it will help me get on track again.
