I am halfway to my goal and although I am cringing as I add these photos, I believe it is the right thing to do. I read the ‘Success Stories’ every day and love seeing everyone’s photos. I think it only fair that I bite the bullet and post my own ‘during’ photos (even though I am embarrassed!!)

Things I always want to know: height 5’5”, age 40, time taken: a year (I have PCOS and am not very fast at losing!)

Here we are – 71lbs down. For the record I can see the weight loss when I look at these photos, but when I look in the mirror - not so much!!

    I love seeing the photos of the before and afters. Looking at yourself in the mirror everyday is hard to tell if you have lost weight because you don't really see. The only way I knew I was thin was when I gained some of the weight back on which is why I am on this site.
