So cannot find anything of any good length on youtube, but the infomercials are intriguing. I like MMA and kickboxing, so I think it would be fantastic.

i like it, its very challenging and the only thing you need is a resistance band and some lower body bands. its been some of the hardest earned calories i've ever burned for sure

I ordered it and it should be here on Friday! Yea!! Can't wait to try it. How do you categorize it in the fitness tool? I have been doing a mix of insanity and asylum and mark it as high impact aerobics.

I just "create my own exercise" using my heart rate monitor each 45 min session averages between 4 or 5 hundred cals burned

I've been on it a few weeks and I absolutely love it! My body seems to really respond to it. My goal was not neccessarily weight loss but strengthening and tightening up, but I have lost a few pounds and my biceps are really starting to come in  ! I love that its MMA inspired, the punching and striking really keep me motivated and help with my stress levels.

Not yet. I've had to restart to week 1 for a variety of reasons, mostly because I was sick for about 2 weeks. So now I'm back on schedule and start week 2 again today. I don't plan to take any more photos until maybe day 45 and then again at the end.
