Body Type ~

doing some research about weight loss/diet/exercise based on body type.
I have had a hellavu a time trying to lose weight, while I gain muscle/get bulky pretty freaking easy (NOT my goal).
seems like adjusting my efforts to tailor them to my "body type" might be the key and after some research I think Im an endo-meso.

Wondered if anyone else has had success once you've honed in on what your body type is - or is this just another diet/exercise "myth"?
