Bump Bump!
glad I found this post! I'm in the same boat but dont want to spend more than $30 since my goal is weight loss.. and I dont want to wear the same size for too long0 -
I used to double-up all through college & club rugby and it worked (a racer on bottom to separate and a tight sports bra by champion or such on top to compress) - then I started running. WHAT A PAIN! I hated to even think of getting into the bras and they weren't very comfortable. I went to a local running shop (and also found them at Scheels if you have that near you) and tried on some WITH UNDERWIRE IN THEM - LOVED IT! Such a better fit. Bought 3 to alternate from BROOKS, but I have heard that Moving Comfort ones are great (and Oprah's fave when she ran). Good Luck! (and to the person who doesn't want to spend much - I think they were $40-$45 but get one, and then you'll find how much you like it, may be more active and then a 2nd one could be your "goal/reward").0
