I track all of my calories pretty closely. I use FitBit for daily activity, HRM for cardio... how do I track my calories for strength training?

An oxygen analyzer. Unless you're a research scientist, you probably don't have one.
Fitbit and HRM don't work accurately for strength training.
So... guess, I suppose.
I'd just stick to the site's calculator though.0 -
Hmm... I guess I can just eat bit extra in the form of my after workout protein shake on lifting days. Won't be exact but it should work.0

I've used a Bodymedia to compare my strength training calories to my HRM. I would say the most accurate guesstimation is to log about half of what your HRM says.0

I just take my pulse every 5-10 minutes while strength training, then average it, plug it into here: http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/heart-rate-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx and then search 'strength training' where you log cardio, and manually enter the calories burned myself.0
