Hi All,

Saw a friend that had lost 40 pounds since February. What did she use? My fitness pal APP. I cannot say enough amazing things about this app and how much I love it. It is SO easy to use! I have done weight watchers in the past, but just couldn't bring myself to start counting points again and taking the calculator along with me. It seems when I did WW before, it became my entire focus! Now, I just live and stay within my parameters. If I don't have enough calories budgeted for something, I have half. Just love this. I am on my 6th day and having a blast. Have stayed on track the whole time. Love. I have tried WW, Nutrisystem, Atkins, Cabbage Soup, South Beach, Master Cleanse... so far MFP is far and away easier than any of them. So blessed to be doing this!
